Then this package is EVERYTHING you need to have it up and running in MINUTES! The NODIZ Pro is the latest ultra-reliable, ultra simple to install and the most affordable ignition management, designed and manufactured in the UK by Motorsport Electronics Limited. The NODIZ Pro is the very latest in advanced stand-alone ignition management systems. Suited for providing complete 3D mappable digital wasted spark upgrades from traditional distributor based ignition systems through to providing ignition management for carburettor converted modern engines that do not feature distributor drives. With in-built Bluetooth communications, on board coil drivers (no need for EDIS modules), as well as an array of additional features, the NODIZ Pro takes affordable ignition only management to the next level. Its a fully 3D mappable ignition system that varies the engines ignition advance based on both speed and optionally if required throttle position/manifold pressure. It benefits from inbuilt coil drivers, (so no need for EDIS modules or external ignitors), as well as it also supporting factory trigger wheels as used on various engines such as Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroen, VW and of course Ford. Note that any reputable tuner will be able to map the NODIZ using either Bluetooth or Serial connection and software available from our website. Note that the standard loom is suited for the later VR type sensor, however, we do include the pull-up resistor and guide on fitting if you have a HALL type sensor. If in doubt, try it in VR (just plug it in) first, and if if that doesn’t work, carry out the resistor mod to the wiring loom. Professionally and meticulously built HRC Replica 1992 Honda CR500R motor with full Eric Gorr Racing Mo-Betta port job and head work. All seals and bearings are new as well as REM ISF micro-finished transmission. Perfect for an AF project or revitalizing your original steel framed CR. Factory HRC replica clutch and ignition/stator cover from Europe installed. Full Eric Gorr Mo-Betta motor job that includes. 1mm oversize bore (503cc), exhaust bridge relieved. Exhaust port raised 0.060 (1.5 mm) and widened by 4 mm on each side. Exhaust spigot matched to cylinder/exhaust port and includes new pipe seal ring. Head cut and reshaped for 1.45 mm squish clearance verified at assembly… Stock squish is 2.5 mm. Transfers and intake ported and matched. Cylinder honed and mic’ed for piston clearance to Wiseco Pro-Lite 90mm kit. Wiseco Pro-Lite (90 mm) piston installed (piston to cylinder clearance = 0.070 mm, Ring gap = 0.55 mm), drilled for exhaust bridge lubrication. All bearing and seals are new throughout motor and pre-lubed. New crankshaft bearings/seals installed. All seals installed to proper depths per Honda spec. (critical for crank seals for proper lubrication to bearings through weep holes in cases). Transmission gears/shafts/thrust washers and all shifter parts REM micro-finished (Isotropic Super-finished) by Evans Performance/ProCryo. All springs and shifter pawls/plungers replaced with new parts. Completely new clutch installed with steel drive plates and 10% stiffer springs (plates pre-soaked in transmission oil). All bolts/hardware replaced with Specbolt NickelWurks. New Honda Cylinder/Head studs installed to factory torque specs. Showe Carbon Fiber reeds installed on stock block and stock boot for best performance. New projected tip NGK BPR8ES plug installed and gap set (0.55 mm). Ignition/stator cleaned and verified with multimeter kick-over spark proven pulse generator to flywheel gap set to factory specs. All ignition contacts/connector pins cleaned with electronics cleaner and inspected (new kill switch included). 14T countershaft sprocket installed with lockwasher. New PWK38 Airstriker carb included and jetted to match the motor as follows: 172 Main, CGK (R1369N) Needle 2nd clip, 50 Pilot, 7.0 Slide, Airscrew 1.75 turns out, float level checked. Entire motor was ultrasonically cleaned before assembly, gasket surfaces matched, and exterior re-finished before assembly. All bolts internal and external set to factory torque specs. (red/blue thread-locker applied only where required). Assembly lube/gear oil used where needed and two-stroke oil pre-lube applied to crank bearings/cylinder/piston. Motor has never been used or run in a bike (factory fresh new build). Transmission and ignition operation verified. All water outlet/inlets plugged with rubber caps.
