To Suit: All Toyota 1HDT Turbo diesel engines as fitted to Landcruiser HDJ80 models built after August 1992 (earlier model kit also Available, please call) Note: This kit is not for 1HDT-FE Engine. 1 Full engine overhaul gasket and seal kit including tube of sealer. 1 graded head gasket. (grade 5, 1.45mm will be supplied unless you request otherwise). 1 set of 6 quality pistons. 1 set of 6 gudgeon pins and clips. 1 set of small end conrod gudgeon bushes. 1 set of piston rings. 1 set of main bearings. 1 set of conrod big end bearings. 1 set of crank thrust bearings. 1 Set of cam bearings. 1 Set of head bolts. 1 Gregory’s, Haynes or Ellery’s comprehensive workshop manual to assist you in rebuilding your engine or repairing any other part of your Landcruiser. A must have for any Landcruiser owner. Please Note: There are 3 different pistons used in these engines. We will need to know the diameter of the combustion bowl in the top of the piston. Sizes are: 39mm, 41.5mm, & 44mm. Please check before ordering. Pistons and rings are usually available in the following sizes. 50mm and 1.00mm. Big end and main bearings are usually available in Std. 75mm & 1.00mm. We carry most sizes in stock but please allow a day or two if we have to get your size in.
