Both the 650 carter carbs are all newly built and all new internals ready to go! . The extra oil pan is correct for this motor and is stainless steel. This engine has never been installed in a car yet. All new piston, new rings, new connecting rods, new valves, new push rods , new seals, new bearings, new valve springs, new hardened head bolts stainless, new all aluminum water intake, new harmonic ballencer, new high volume oil pump. Everything can be verified to be what i say it is and has been built with. This engine is ready to fill up with oil and go! .
